Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as a Production Scheduler in manufacturing.
• Strong oral and written communication with internal and external customers.
• Mechanical aptitude and strong math skills.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and blueprints.
• Organized with attention to detail and able to meet deadlines.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all production orders and release work to the shop.
• Review daily work center capacities to update lead times.
• Communicate with sales and production on order expediting and updated lead times.
• Provide order visibility for overtime planning.
• Ensure accuracy of production paperwork prior to sending to production.
• Maintain delivery dates aligned with customer requirements and MPS.
• Monitor and maintain inventory functions for accuracy.
• Adhere to safety regulations and company policies.
