Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 5 years as a supervisor in a production/manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor degree in Business Management preferred.
• Experience in metals service industry is desirable.
• OSHA 30-hour safety certification completed is required.

Responsibilities

• Initiates and executes production plan and schedule to meet goals.
• Lead front-line supervisors and hourly employees and develop talent.
• Oversee safety, housekeeping, recruitment, orientation and training of new hires.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure on-time delivery and optimal production.
• Manage receiving, warehousing, inventory control and material handling processes.
• Develop and implement production tracking and quality control systems.
