Qualifications

• 3–5 years' experience as Production Scheduler in manufacturing
• Strong oral and written communication with internal and external customers
• Mechanical aptitude and strong math skills
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings/blueprints
• Organized with attention to detail
• Adaptable to fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Interfacing with all departments to ensure on-time deliveries

Responsibilities

• Maintain all production orders and releases to the shop
• Review daily capacity and update lead times
• Communicate order expediting and updated lead times with sales and production
• Provide visibility for overtime planning
• Ensure accuracy of production paperwork before release
• Monitor upcoming orders and on-time delivery against customer requirements
• Develop understanding of customer base and requirements to meet needs
• Ensure on-time deliveries by reviewing shipping schedules
