Job summary

Kelvion Products Inc in Knoxville, TN is seeking a Production Scheduler to support the Master Production Scheduler. Develop and maintain efficient production plans for new equipment sites, coordinate with Sales and Operations to align schedules with demand, and ensure timely delivery of products.

This role reports to the Master Production Scheduler and indirectly to the Director of Operations. Responsibilities include capacity planning, daily/weekly scheduling, and collaboration with

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred in a relevant field.
1-3 years of production scheduling or materials planning experience.
Experience with ERP/planning tools.
Strong data analysis skills and comfort with planning reports.

Responsibilities

Assist in preparing and maintaining annual capacity planning budgets.
Develop and manage daily/weekly production schedules based on requirements and capacity.
Coordinate with Sales, Logistics, and Manufacturing to maintain scheduling data and dependencies.
Track and manage open work orders to ensure on-time completion.
Liaise with procurement to expedite materials and support schedules.
Contribute to regular scheduling reports and performance metrics.
