Job summary

VE Solutions is seeking a Production Scheduler to develop and maintain production schedules, aligning with customer demand and capacity across departments. You will work with Production, Purchasing, Sales, and Warehouse to resolve scheduling constraints and optimize throughput in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in production planning, strong ERP/MRP and Excel skills, and a proactive, analytical mindset.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of production planning or scheduling experience in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and update short- and long-term production schedules using ERP/MRP systems and Excel.
• Coordinate resources (materials, labor, equipment) to meet production priorities.
• Identify constraints and adjust schedules to minimize delays and meet delivery commitments.
• Communicate schedule changes across Production, Purchasing, Sales, and Warehouse teams.
• Monitor and analyze scheduling performance and report findings to management.
• Identify opportunities to improve scheduling processes and implement changes.
