Job summary

Genadyne Biotechnologies, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Purchasing/Inventory Specialist to maintain optimal stock levels for production assemblies.

You will generate all purchase orders, coordinate deliveries with suppliers and freight forwards, and work closely with assembly team leaders to prevent backorders.

Applicants should have 2–4 years in purchasing, a Bachelor's degree, and experience with ERP systems (Visual) and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years purchasing experience
• Bachelor's degree required
• ERP experience (Visual) preferred

Responsibilities

• Inventory management/oversight
• Purchasing/planning for all product components
• Communicate with suppliers regarding status and keep deliveries on time
• Coordinating deliveries with Freight Forwarder(s)
• Work with AP regarding wires/payments to suppliers
• Assist other department with stock needs for customer deliveries
• Assist Senior Management as requested
• Ordering all items to assist internal warehouse operations
