Job summary

Genadyne Biotechnologies, Inc. is seeking a procurement and inventory coordinator to maintain stock levels across production teams in Bohemia, NY. This onsite role handles purchasing records, supplier communications, and PO generation.

The candidate will coordinate with suppliers to ensure on-time deliveries and support warehouse operations, with 1+ years in purchasing/healthcare-related settings and a High School Diploma or higher.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of administrative experience in purchasing, healthcare, pharmaceutical operations.
• High School Diploma or higher.
• Strong organizational and detail oriented skills.

Responsibilities

• Inventory management/oversight.
• Procurement for all product components.
• Communicate with suppliers regarding status and maintaining on-time deliveries.
• Coordinate deliveries with freight forwarder(s).
• Collaborate with Accounts Payables team regarding wire/payments to suppliers.
• Procure all items to assist internal warehouse operations.
• Assist other department with stock needs for customer deliveries.
• Generate and maintain POs for suppliers product lines. (foreign/domestic)
• Maintain weekly inventory reports for each department.
