Qualifications

• Specialized experience at or equivalent to GS-11 required.
• Experience planning production projects and analyzing production operations data to identify trends or deficiencies.
• Ability to develop performance improvement methods for timely and efficient submarine maintenance and repair projects.

Responsibilities

• Assess productivity, effectiveness, and efficiency of production program support.
• Extract production data and provide recommendations to senior production program specialist.
