Job summary

R&P Technologies is seeking a senior Production Control Support Analyst to join the Navy LHA project team in a fast-paced environment. You will develop production metrics, optimize the TSM database, and deliver actionable insights for leadership decisions.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of Navy/DoD program office experience, with strong Excel, dashboards, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Travel up to 25% and ability to obtain a SECRET clearance are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of Navy/DoD program office experience.
• Strong critical thinking and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to read Navy ship construction drawings.
• Proficient in the Microsoft 365 software suite and data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop production metrics and dashboards using Excel to support program decisions.
• Maintain and optimize the TSM database across the project lifecycle.
• Prepare briefings and reports for milestones and reviews.
• Support cost, schedule, and performance management of the LHA program.
• Analyze program data and provide decision support for Navy leadership.
• Coordinate with SSCG Production team to align priorities and tasks.
• Lead Integrated Product Teams and shipbuilding meetings.
• Guide production and quality teams across new construction shipbuilding.
• Communicate with Navy leadership, Navy/shipyard stakeholders, and contractors.
