Responsibilities
Identify and communicate the scope and impact of construction-related schedule delays.
Conduct observation studies to identify process barriers impacting effectiveness.
Liaison with stakeholders to resolve construction-impacting issues.
Document and identify barriers slowing down submarine construction goals.
Work closely with engineering and production to resolve technical issues.
Develop process improvement recommendations based on observations.
