Job summary

Lockheed Martin in Marietta, GA is seeking an Action Officer to support the Production Engineering Director on the MTA program. You will serve as the primary liaison for proposal efforts, coordinating cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to keep the campaign moving.

You will manage the business rhythm, report milestones to leadership, facilitate meetings, and ensure clear communication across Prod Ops, PM reviews, and program office. Proficiency in AI prompting is also highlighted.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• Aircraft/Aviation Operations experience preferred.
• Program/Project management experience required.
• Experience with MS Applications, Confluence, and JIRA advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop, shape, and own the MTA proposal and industrialization business rhythm.
• Collect, prepare, and report milestone status to senior leadership or external customers.
• Facilitate recurring meetings, VIP engagements, and ad-hoc sessions; plan events.
