Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree required.
Supply Chain / Logistics / Business Administration / Engineering / Operations or related discipline preferred.
Minimum 2 years of supply chain, operations, logistics or relevant experience.
Experience in capacity planning or finish goods and/or raw material buying/planning preferred.
Experience in a regulated environment, Pharma / Medical Devices preferred.
Must be fully bilingual (English/Spanish, read, write and speak).
Proficient user of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
Must be able to effectively present information to employees at all levels.
Focuses on accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Coordinate production scheduling to support product demand and ensure on-time delivery.
Interface with plant production departments to align schedules and ensure timely execution.
Identify and correct production issues due to capacity and new product launches.
Prepare production reports and monitor performance to adjust schedules accordingly.
Manage Master Data in planning systems to ensure data accuracy and signals.
