Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of supply chain, operations, logistics or relevant experience.
• Must be fully bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Experience with capacity planning or finish goods/raw materials planning preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production scheduling to meet product demand and ensure on-time delivery.
• Interface with plant production departments to align schedules and capacity.
• Identify capacity constraints and adapt schedules for new products.
• Prepare production reports and monitor KPIs to drive improvements.
• Manage master data in planning systems to ensure data integrity.
• Participate in meetings for new product forecasts and plans.
