Job summary

JCB is seeking a Production Planning professional to support plant build schedules and SIOP processes. This role collaborates with Sales, Operations, Materials, and Service stakeholders to optimize the flow of materials and production.

The candidate should have 3+ years in a production control environment, strong Excel/data skills, and forecasting experience. This is a full-time on-site position located in San Antonio, TX, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar production control environment.
• Strong Excel and data management skills and have a sound knowledge of SAP.
• 2 years of forecasting experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure launch is controlled accurately in line with key component availability.
• Contribute to development and support of material planning processes and benchmark against best practices.
• Reduce and maintain POF misses.
• Ensure appropriate processes and systems are implemented to effectively manage routine.
