Analog Devices, Inc. in Chelmsford, MA seeks a proactive Production Planning Manager to lead Development and Commercial Planning teams and oversee production planning for new product and government programs as well as established commercial production.

You will collaborate across Business Units, Program Management, Engineering, Manufacturing Operations, Procurement, Supply Chain, and customers to mitigate risks, ensure commitments, and drive planning excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in production planning, supply chain, manufacturing operations, or related discipline.
• Experience in complex manufacturing environments with multiple programs or products.

Responsibilities

• Lead Development and Commercial Planning teams to drive planning processes and accountability.
• Oversee production planning across development programs and commercial manufacturing to align build plans with requirements and capacity.
• Set priorities for work orders, schedules, material readiness, and customer commitments.
• Collaborate with Program Management, Engineering, Manufacturing Operations, Procurement, and Business Units to develop and execute production strategies.
• Lead quarterly and long-range planning balancing demand, capacity, material availability, and delivery dates.
• Monitor WIP, material availability, and schedule adherence; drive risk mitigation actions.
