Job summary

Analog Devices, Inc. in Chelmsford, MA is seeking an Associate Program Manager to lead cross-functional product development programs from NPD through production ramp.

You will coordinate with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Contracts to drive schedule, cost, and quality milestones. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field, 2+ years PM experience, and the ability to obtain a Secret clearance; US Citizenship is required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related technical field.
  • 2+ years of program/project management in engineering/technical environments.
  • Foundational scheduling, budgeting, and risk management knowledge.
  • Experience supporting financial tracking and procurement.
  • Strong cross-functional communication and customer-facing skills.
  • Experience delivering presentations to internal stakeholders.
  • US Citizenship and ability to obtain Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate program activities across NPD, LRIP prep, production handoff, and ramp.
  • Develop and maintain detailed program schedules; track progress and risks.
  • Serve as primary contact for cross-functional stakeholders; support customer interactions.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment with clear roles and timely milestones.
  • Monitor costs, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Communicate status, risks, and metrics to internal stakeholders.
  • Support customer communications and issue resolution.
  • Facilitate internal reviews to improve execution.
  • Ensure schedules, cost targets, and quality expectations are met.
