Job summary
City of Lincoln seeks a Production Planning and Control Manager to align operational plans with business objectives, drive S&OP, capacity planning, and master scheduling. You will ensure ERP governance, data integrity, and job costing while leading a high-performing team focused on operational excellence.
The role requires 7+ years in operational planning and manufacturing, a Bachelor’s in a related field, and APICS certifications are highly desirable. Excellent communication is essential.

- Proven ability to drive operational excellence and cost control.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and financial acumen.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead S&OP to align forecasts with production capacity and inventory.
- Develop capacity models and master production schedules.
- Govern ERP, data accuracy, and process standardization.
- Oversee job costing and provide variance analysis for profitability.
- Drive Lean improvements and inventory optimization.
