Job summary

Gildan is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to develop and analyze production planning reports. You will align operating plans with forecasts and capacity, and coordinate with production, sales and manufacturing teams to optimize output.

The role requires 3–8 years of experience, a degree in Industrial Engineering or related field, and strong MS Office skills. Fluency in English is essential, with French/Spanish considered an asset. This is a full-time on-site position based in Winston-Salem, NC.

Qualifications

• University degree required in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years with Bachelor's Degree or 5–8 years relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze production needs according to sales forecasts, inventory levels and capacity.
• Adjust operating plan for textile and sewing volumes to align to production needs.
• Update multiple reports regularly (e.g., MFG adherence to OP report, PSI report).
• Compare o9 system with Access database and update information on production volumes.
• Communicate with production, sales and manufacturing teams.
• Assist with research, reports, and other needs for department members.
• Generate additional reports or analyses to support business needs.
• Make recommendations on actions to be taken based on analysis results.
