Job summary

Gildan, a leading apparel manufacturer, seeks an Associate, Project Administrative Analyst in Winston-Salem, NC. You will support product development and technical design teams, coordinate samples and documentation, and collaborate with sourcing and cross-functional partners to keep projects on track.

The role emphasizes hands-on project coordination, maintaining records in company systems, and contributing to seasonal development from ideation through production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• Internship or 1–3 years in apparel, retail, merchandising, sourcing, or product development.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with PLM/Browzwear is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support Product Development and Technical Design teams with daily project coordination.
• Help maintain product information and documentation within company systems.
• Coordinate samples, testing reports, and development materials.
• Partner with sourcing teams and cross-functional partners to move projects forward.
• Assist with product specifications, development documentation, and seasonal project tracking.
• Attend team meetings and learn the product development process from concept to production.
• Support special projects related to product improvements, sourcing initiatives, and new product development.
• Communicate with internal teams and global partners to gather information and meet deadlines.
