Job summary

CANPACK Group in Indiana is seeking a Production Planner to organize production planning based on inventory analysis and coordinate forward warehouse activities. You will develop and maintain the production schedule, raw material plan, and intercompany purchase requirements to meet customer needs under the guidance of the Production Planning Manager.

Responsibilities include scheduling production lines to meet customer and forecasted demands, maintaining stock accuracy, and communicating plans

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Supply Chain/Logistics or equivalent required.
• Experience with SAP and inventory control preferred.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Proficient in Excel and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Organize production planning based on inventory analysis and forward warehouse coordination.
• Develop and maintain production schedule, raw material plan, and intercompany purchase requirements.
• Schedule production lines to meet customer and forecasted demands.
• Communicate production plans and line stoppages to management.
• Assist planning team to organize timely delivery of goods to customers.
