Job summary

ANDRITZ in the United States seeks a Production Planner to coordinate and expedite material and work order flow at the service center facility. You will create and maintain routings, schedules, and reports, and support sales, engineering, warehouse and purchasing to meet customer delivery dates in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include releasing production orders, maintaining Material Master data, and monitoring on-time performance while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience coordinating and expediting material/work orders in a service center context.
• Ability to create and manage production routings and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Create & maintain manufacturing routings using engineering drawings.
• Enter, release and close manufacturing production orders.
• Create and manage daily production schedules to meet customer delivery dates.
• Monitor shipping and on-time performance; address shortfalls with manufacturing.
• Maintain and query SAP data and generate daily/ monthly reports.
