Job summary

Andritz Inc is seeking a Production Planner to coordinate and expedite material and work order flow in our service center. You will develop schedules, maintain BOMs and routings, and collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Purchasing to meet customer delivery dates.

Responsibilities include maintaining maintenance schedules, releasing production orders, and ensuring QA requirements are included in orders while identifying process improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Experience coordinating and expediting material/work orders.
• Proficiency with SAP and MS Office helpful.
• Ability to work with Sales, Engineering, and Service teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and expedit e material/work order flow through the service center.
• Create and maintain manufacturing routings using drawings and tools.
• Enter, release and close production orders.
• Maintain Preventive Maintenance and Tool Calibration schedules.
• Manage daily/weekly production schedules to meet delivery dates.
• Monitor shipping and on-time performance with Manufacturing.
• Develop process improvements with cross-functional teams.
• Prepare vendor drawing packets for RFQs.
• Query and maintain SAP data and reports.
• Support cost estimates and QA for production orders.
