Job summary

Solenis is seeking a Production Planner to convert the monthly production plan into daily and weekly schedules at the Florence, Kentucky site. You will collaborate with Plant Buyers, Master Data, Customer Service and Logistics to ensure material availability and on-time execution of blending and filling operations.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of manufacturing experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP, and preferably an Associate’s degree in Supply Chain or a related field;

Qualifications

• High School diploma.
• At least 1 year of related work experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP.
• Highly Preferred Associate’s degree in Supply Chain or business related degree.
• Proficiency with Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with planners to publish weekly/daily schedules for Florence Plant.
• Partners with product management, master data, and buyers to ensure current BOMs.
• Prioritizes inbound packaging components based on supplier/manufacturing capacity.
• Maintains material supply for blending needs.
• Works with Customer Service and Logistics to meet customer needs.
• Completes SAP downloads and reconciles discrepancies.
• Reports on rejects, daily consumptions, and production schedules.
• Participates in periodic inventories and maintains records.
