Job summary

Solina is seeking a Production Scheduler in North Las Vegas to develop and maintain master production schedules that align with customer demand and inventory targets. You will coordinate with Operations, Procurement, and Sales to reflect capacity and material availability, monitor progress, and adjust plans to ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires 3+ years in production scheduling, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
3+ years in production scheduling or related supply chain role.
Experience in food manufacturing preferred; liquid/sauce experience preferred.
Proficiency in Excel and ERP/MRP systems.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Develops and maintains the master production schedule aligned with demand.
Coordinate with Operations, Procurement, and Sales to reflect capacity and material availability.
Monitor progress, identify bottlenecks, adjust schedules for on-time delivery.
Analyze data; report KPIs related to schedule adherence and utilization.
Lead weekly production planning meetings.
Maintain system data accuracy for BOMs, routings, and production orders.
