Sanmina Fremont is seeking a Production Planner to coordinate production workflow and optimize plans across multiple products. The role focuses on improving efficiency, reducing delays, and driving continuous improvement in material flow and capacity within a high-mix manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

2+ years of Materials Planning and master scheduling experience in manufacturing.
Strong working knowledge of ERP planning systems (preferably Oracle).
Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and data modeling.

Responsibilities

Analyze customer demand and optimize build plans for products.
Review BOM structures and ensure alignment with manufacturing strategy.
Release work orders timely and reconcile variances.
Coordinate production planning to meet customer commitments and forecast.
Drive continuous improvement in product flow and capacity.
