Job summary

Trust Automation is seeking a Production Planner to manage manufacturing planning and scheduling in support of operations. The role ensures material requirements, capacity planning, and throughput align with AS9100 standards and TA policies.

This position involves coordinating with procurement, manufacturing leadership, and configuration management to optimize line operations and provide KPI-driven reporting across diverse product lines.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, and communicate the daily production schedule across a broad range of products and customer requirements.
• Create a rolling master production plan for designated customers and products.
• Collaborate with procurement to ensure material requirements are met.
• Work with manufacturing leadership to develop, implement, and optimize product line operations.
• Communicate capacity and shift loading to meet production and sales requirements.
• Oversee production orders’ planned schedule until released to floor; report exceptions and risks.
• Maintain MRP system integrity to drive real-time scheduling.
• Define workflow processes and reporting KPIs in liaison with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with configuration management to plan and implement approved configuration changes.
• Work with materials leadership to adapt to forecast changes.
• Provide meaningful reporting and analysis of KPI as required.
