Job summary

Eaton’s CPA Low Voltage Busway division seeks a Material Planning Analyst for our Greenwood, SC facility. This on-site role develops daily/weekly production schedules, coordinates CTB, and drives continuous improvement across production with a focus on OTD and RCCA.

Salary ranges and relocation assistance provided. Responsibilities include cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and Engineering to ensure efficient scheduling and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited institution.
• Willingness to relocate to Greenwood, SC; relocation assistance provided.
• No immigration sponsorship for this position; basis for eligibility is company policy.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.
• Level-load production requirements based on demand, capacity, and material availability.
• Maintain accurate production dates and priorities in the planning system.
• Monitor schedule execution and adjust plans as needed.
• Own and facilitate the Clear-to-Build (CTB) process.
• Coordinate cross-functional actions to resolve CTB constraints.
• Manage production expedites, recovery plans, remakes, and past-due orders.
• Communicate schedule changes to stakeholders.
• Monitor OTD and lead RCCA activities for misses.
• Develop capacity planning processes balancing demand against resources.
• Identify capacity constraints and risks affecting schedules.
• Coordinate planning with engineering changes for minimal disruption.
