Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Material Planning Analyst for its Greenwood, SC site to own the master production schedule and translate demand into executable daily and weekly plans. The role interfaces with Operations, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and Engineering to drive on-time delivery and continuous improvement.

The position requires relocating to Greenwood, SC with relocation assistance available, onsite Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, and a salary range of $71,000–$105,000 per year, plus eligibility

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Willingness to relocate to Greenwood, SC; relocation assistance provided.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules (8-week rolling plan).
• Level-load production to meet demand and capacity constraints.
• Maintain accurate scheduling data and CTB status in planning systems.
• Monitor schedule attainment and adjust plans for changes in demand or constraints.
• Coordinate cross-functionally to resolve CTB constraints and ensure plan execution.
• Manage expedites, remakes, and past-due orders to support customer commitments.
• Communicate schedule changes and delivery risks to stakeholders; drive RCCA activities.
• Develop capacity planning processes balancing demand with labor and equipment.
