Responsibilities

• Act as the initial point of contact for customer production plans and monitor changes.
• Inform related departments about changes to production plan (Schedule, UPH, shift plan, volume).
• Adjust production plans with the customer as needed due to logistics, production, or quality issues.
• Maintain the MES/line data, including Lead time and work orders, and ensure data accuracy.
