Job summary

MOBIS North America electrified Powertrain LLC is seeking a Control Planning Specialist in Richmond Hill, GA to ensure efficient manufacturing, cost-effectiveness and timely delivery of high-quality products. The role involves coordinating with multiple departments, managing resources, and maintaining plant control systems including MES and ERP data.

The successful candidate will oversee production planning, index analysis, and monthly/weekly reporting, while aligning with customer production

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry-specific experience required.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret and organize large data sets.
Dynamic & self-driven: take initiative in ambiguity with minimal instructions.
Able to adapt quickly to new challenges, priorities and multiple projects.

Responsibilities

Act as the initial contact for customer production plan and monitor plan changes.
Inform related departments about changes to the production plan (Schedule, UPH, shift plan, volume, hours).
Adjust production plans with the customer as needed (logistics, production, quality issues).
Maintain the MES/ERP data and production information (line codes, data, barcode data, time patterns).
Prepare monthly/weekly production reports and index analyses for improvement.
Respond to Korea headquarters requirements and support special projects.
