Job summary

MOBIS North America Electrified Powertrain LLC seeks a Production Planning / BOM Specialist to manage production planning, BOM control, EO coordination, and ERP/MES data accuracy. You will liaise with customers and internal teams to ensure on-time manufacturing and data integrity, while supporting SAP/MES systems and KPI reporting.

Bachelor’s degree required; strong Excel skills; experience with SAP, MES, and ERP/MRP systems; automotive exposure preferred. Overtime may be needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities essential.
• Experience interpreting data to support planning decisions and KPIs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis) and data accuracy required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for customer production planning and schedule changes.
• Coordinate production plan adjustments to support demand and plant operations.
• Maintain and monitor EDI, MES, and SAP data to ensure accuracy.
• Track, analyze, and report key production KPIs and performance metrics.
