Job summary

Matrix Adhesives Group is seeking a Production Planner for North America to oversee material and production planning, maintain inventory levels, and minimize carrying costs. You will support continuous improvement and participate in kaizens across the operations team.

Key responsibilities include coordinating replenishment, managing ERP/MRP data, and collaborating with customer service and sales to align materials with demand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years’ experience in purchasing, inventory planning, Lean Manufacturing, ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics MRP), Demand Planning

Responsibilities

• Monitor customer orders and adjust replenishment plans to meet demand.
• Coordinate inventory additions/deletions, new product introductions, and transitions.
• Gather and analyze manufacturing, inventory, and customer data; develop decision-support tools.
• Assist with ERP data coverage and MRP updates; liaise with cross-functional teams.
• Lead kaizen events and Lean initiatives to improve inventory and supply processes.
