Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with one year of work experience required; if no degree, 10 years of relevant work experience.
• APICS Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze MRP reports and take appropriate action.
• Create and release production orders daily to meet production plan and delivery dates.
• Create purchase requisitions daily to meet production plan and delivery dates.
• Interact with engineering and production teams on upcoming work and material availability issues.
• Schedule and re-schedule production orders to mitigate changes.
• Plan new product materials and schedules.
• Perform SAP functions to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Modify safety stock as required.
• Analyze lead-time and lot size; balance load on work centers.
• Escalate material short issues to Supply Chain as needed.
• Conduct consumption and forecast analysis; manage KPI calculations.
