Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Product Supply Management or related discipline.
• 3 to 5 years related experience in planning and scheduling in a LEAN Manufacturing environment.
• SAP experience is essential.
• APICS CPIM certification a plus.
• In depth experience production planning and detailed scheduling.
• Understanding of bills of materials and labor routings.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common technical documents, instructions or reports required.

Responsibilities

• Identify and maintain mid and long term production plans for raw material, semi-finished and finished goods in MRP.
• Establish and maintain production schedules ensuring work orders are sequenced to meet on-time delivery
• Proactively monitor potential bottlenecks and rectify delays to support customer deliveries
• Generate weekly/monthly scheduling related metrics and reporting
• Manage product lifecycle projects to ensure product availability and minimize scrap
