Job summary

Qualifications

• Five years of experience in production planning or similar role.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Knowledge of MRP planning systems and ERP.
• Ability to analyze practical problems and complex variables.

Responsibilities

• Plan and prepare detailed production schedules to meet forecasts.
• Release production orders and monitor stock levels and WIP.
• Coordinate with Plant Manager on scheduling and capacity.
• Maintain planning parameters and lead times in ERP/AS400 systems.
• Provide accurate capacity estimates to support quoting and customer lead times.
• Identify and implement improvements to planning processes.
