Qualifications

• ERP/MRP system experience with scheduling and planning.
• Interpret BOMs, routings, lead times and work center data.
• Data-driven decision making using demand, inventory and capacity data.
• Experience in high-mix, low-volume manufacturing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate demand into executable production plans balancing capacity, materials, labor and constraints.
• Own production scheduling and work order management.
• Ensure on-time delivery and stable shop floor execution.
• Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering and Customer Experience.
• Drive schedule adherence and operational excellence.
