Job summary

You will balance schedule priorities with capacity, lead discussions with production leadership, and ensure accurate packout sequencing across the factory floor.

The role requires 3+ years in production planning, strong Excel skills, and hands-on MES/ERP experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in production planning, scheduling, or production control in a physical manufacturing environment.
• Experience building an executable production schedule against constrained material availability and adapting to changes.
• Fluency with routings, bills of material, work orders, and revision control.
• Hands-on experience with an MES or ERP as a daily user.
• Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and lookups.

Responsibilities

• Attend supply chain and material reviews to establish a clear-to-build picture across a rolling 30-day horizon, by SKU and constraints.
• Publish and maintain a daily, SKU-level production build plan that sequences configurations against material, labor, and test capacity.
• Reconcile plan vs actual daily and coordinate recovery plans with production leadership.
• Partner with business development, program management, and logistics to build the daily ship list and direct packout sequencing.
• Confirm configuration, accessory content, and documentation before an order reaches packout.
• Create, release, and track production work orders in MES so the plan is reflected in the system of record.
• Monitor work order status, WIP aging, and throughput data to inform the daily plan.
