Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of production planning and scheduling experience.
• Ability to analyze complex data and make scheduling decisions.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and execute production schedules that support demand and inventory objectives.
• Coordinate production activities across machines and product lines.
• Determine capacity, shift requirements, and equipment needs to meet demand.
• Schedule labor according to priorities and needs.
• Identify scheduling conflicts and implement corrective actions to minimize disruptions.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain to resolve material shortages and issues.
• Maintain accurate planning data in ERP/MRP systems.
• Support continuous improvement on scheduling efficiency and production performance.
