Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation is seeking a Production Scheduler to generate and track daily and weekly manufacturing schedules at our Wisconsin facility. The role coordinates with Materials, maintains ERP/MRP systems, and analyzes KPI adherence to ensure plan execution and efficient line load leveling.

The successful candidate will have 2+ years in production scheduling in manufacturing, a relevant degree, and strong Excel/ERP skills to optimize throughput and reduce variances.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or technical/associate degree required.
2+ years of production scheduling/planning experience in manufacturing.
Preferred: degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or related field; proficiency with ERP/MRP and advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

Generates daily and weekly production schedules by line.
Tracks plan adherence and adjusts for deviations.
Coordinates with Materials on component availability.
Maintains planning systems (ERP/MRP).
Analyses and reports adherence KPIs.
Supports line load‑leveling.
