Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, supply chain, or manufacturing operations.
• Experience using production planning software and ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret production data and trends.
• Strong communication and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities across departments.
• Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, forecasting, inventory management and advanced Excel tools preferred.
• APICS CPIM certification or equivalent supply chain certification preferred.
• Previous experience in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment preferred.

Aufgaben

• Develop, maintain, and communicate detailed production schedules based on sales forecasts, inventory, material availability, and capacity.
• Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components.
• Monitor production progress and adjust schedules to address delays, equipment issues, or changing demand.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, logistics, and other teams to support seamless workflow.
• Analyze production data and KPIs to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement.
• Provide timely production updates to stakeholders to maintain visibility and accountability.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to planning, scheduling accuracy, inventory management, and workflow efficiency.
