Job summary

ThermoSafe in Montgomeryville, PA is seeking a Planner - Production to develop and maintain production schedules that align with demand, inventory, and capacity. You will work with procurement, manufacturing, quality, and logistics to keep materials and priorities aligned.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 2 years in production planning or scheduling. Experience with SAP/Oracle and strong analytical skills are essential for success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
• At least 2 years in production planning, scheduling, or manufacturing operations.
• Experience with SAP, Oracle or similar ERP systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for data-driven decisions.
• Clear communication and organization to manage multiple priorities.
• Lean, Six Sigma, forecasting and Excel skills are a plus.
• CPIM or comparable certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed production schedules from forecasts and capacity.
• Coordinate with procurement for material availability and delivery timelines.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans to mitigate delays or shortages.
• Collaborate across manufacturing, quality, logistics and other teams.
• Analyze production data and KPIs to identify bottlenecks and improvements.
• Provide timely updates to stakeholders for visibility and accountability.
• Support continuous improvement in planning, inventory, and workflow efficiency.
