Job summary

Accelera Staffing is seeking an Operations/Supply Chain Coordinator in Minnesota to coordinate production resources and ensure material readiness. You will assess vendor performance, track material movements, and resolve obstacles to keep the facility running smoothly.

You will analyze industry shifts to improve forecasting, compile production metrics, and manage project timelines while communicating with external partners and reporting to the VP of Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in operations or a related field.
• Proven organizational and analytical problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork.
• Ability to perform team lifts up to 50 pounds and walk between workstations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production resources to keep output levels steady and guarantee materials are ready when needed.
• Assess how well vendors are performing by comparing their delivery schedules to internal benchmarks.
• Track the movement of materials to help the team avoid inventory shortages and operational delays.
• Resolve production and quality-related obstacles to ensure the facility runs smoothly.
• Examine industry shifts and competitor moves to improve forecasting accuracy.
• Compile detailed documentation regarding operational results and production metrics.
• Oversee project timelines to ensure all output goals are achieved on schedule.
• Discuss and finalize pricing terms with external partners.
• Maintain a direct reporting line to the VP of Operations.
