Job summary

• Bachelor's degree in International Business, Supply Chain or related field with 2+ years experience or equivalent exposure.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL).
• In-depth understanding of inventory management principles and practices.
• Experience with inventory management software and systems.
• Ability to develop and implement inventory optimization strategies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a production schedule based on orders and capacity.
• Monitor production progress and adjust to ensure on-time delivery.
• Communicate changes to schedules with departments and stakeholders.
• Analyze inventory levels and coordinate with purchasing to ensure materials availability.
• Implement inventory controls to minimize waste and optimize storage.
• Coordinate with production, sales, and logistics to ensure smooth flow of materials.
• Schedule maintenance to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.
• Monitor production costs and support cost-saving measures.
• Collaborate with accounting to track and report production expenses.
• Implement quality controls to meet standards and customer requirements.
