Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in delivery coordination or supply chain.
• Experience in manufacturing or chemical industries preferred.
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems (SAP a plus).
• Knowledge of transportation management systems (OTM a plus).
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary interface between supply chain, production, process, and purchasing to streamline information flow.
• Plan plant scheduling based on orders, capacity, and available supplies.
• Provide regular updates on delivery coordination and shipment status.
• Coordinate with production to align delivery schedules with labor and material needs.
• Identify and suggest improvements to scheduling processes.
