Job summary

Torrey Holistics in the United States seeks a Production Control & Logistics Manager to lead production planning, scheduling, materials management and inbound/outbound logistics in a manufacturing environment. Qualifications

5–8+ years in production planning, control, materials, logistics, or supply chain in manufacturing.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Access).
Experience with ERP/MRP systems; Dynamics NAV/Business Central is a plus.
Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and optimize the Master Production Schedule (MPS) based on forecasts and capacity.
Monitor daily production performance and adjust schedules to meet delivery needs.
Lead capacity planning, load leveling, and constraint management.
Balance labor, equipment, priorities, and demand with cross-functional teams.
Drive inventory strategies, safety stock, and material availability.
Manage inbound/outbound logistics and freight performance.
Analyze KPIs, drive improvements, and maintain production/logistics metrics.
