This role requires a Bachelor’s in a quantitative field and 3+ years of experience, with exposure to military/defense or aerospace sectors. You will build KPI dashboards, run what-if scenarios, and liaise across Manufacturing, Supply Chain,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years in production control, scheduling, or capacity planning in high‑mix, low‑volume discrete manufacturing.
• Direct experience in Military, Defense, or Aerospace (A&D).
• Advanced proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Generate and maintain cross-functional KPIs valuable to the business.
• Provide Operations insight into Production Schedule.
• Evaluate workflows and schedules for efficiency and streamline.
• Build and maintain a fixed-asset capacity planning tool.
