Job summary

Ingersoll Rand is seeking a Senior Production Planner in Chicago, IL to own end-to-end supply chain planning, from demand alignment to production execution. You will manage the master production schedule, ensure finite scheduling, and drive improvements across sales, operations, engineering, and procurement.

Responsibilities include coordinating with purchasing on raw material plans, evaluating capacity and labor constraints, and supporting NPIs by integrating launch timelines into production

Qualifications

• Requires 7+ years in Supply Chain or Production Planning/Scheduling.
• 3+ years with ERP/MRP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• 1+ years of experience showing data flow through manufacturing process.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the master production schedule (MPS) aligned to demand and capacity.
• Ensure finite scheduling and sequence optimization to maximize throughput.
• Manage production work orders and ERP/MRP accuracy.
• Review orders for capacity, materials, and design availability to meet dates.
