Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3-5 years of professional experience in procurement, purchasing, sourcing, supply chain, or related function.
• Experience with ERP, MRP, or supply chain management systems.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze purchase requisitions and coordinate purchasing activities with manufacturing, planning, and engineering teams.
• Process purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and RFQs with suppliers.
• Maintain procurement system data and ensure accuracy of supply chain information.
• Create and maintain bills of material, part numbers, commodity information, supplier records.
• Support procurement initiatives including supplier data maintenance and error-report analysis.
• Perform cost analysis and volume planning for commodities, materials, components, equipment, and services.
• Monitor cost, schedule, and scope of supplier agreements to achieve value.
• Develop new supply sources and evaluate alternative suppliers.
