Job summary

You will partner with Quality and Management on sourcing strategies, monitor supplier performance, and pursue cost-reduction initiatives while ensuring supply continuity for manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an individual contributor in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management.
• Experience managing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and supporting manufacturing environments.
• Global sourcing experience and commodity expertise preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze purchase requisitions; generate RFQs and execute purchase orders for assigned suppliers.
• Manage purchase order delivery schedules to support manufacturing and operational plans.
• Maintain accuracy and integrity of procurement and supplier data within ERP and supply chain management systems.
• Monitor cost, delivery performance, and quality for assigned parts and suppliers to ensure value and quality.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements; manage purchase price variance against standard cost.
• Identify and deliver cost reduction opportunities, including new suppliers and tariff mitigation.
