Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, operations management, engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of professional procurement/purchasing/sourcing experience.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with suppliers and supporting manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze purchase requisitions and coordinate purchasing with manufacturing, planning, and engineering teams.
• Process purchase requisitions, purchase orders, PO changes, and RFQs with suppliers.
• Maintain procurement data and integrity of supply chain information.
• Create and maintain BOMs, part numbers, commodity information, and supplier records.
• Support cost analyses, supplier evaluations, and make-versus-buy analyses.
• Develop new supply sources and evaluate alternative suppliers when needed.
• Work with suppliers and QA to resolve quality and delivery issues.
• Contribute to commodity management activities including market trend assessments and pricing analysis.
